Bio

Trish Renee is a children's Science Fiction-Fantasy author. She enjoys building worlds where anything is possible and magic is real. Unicorns, fairies, and cyborgs wielding laser swords while traveling through outer space? Yes, please!

Currently, she is writing an upper middle grade realistic-fantasy novel where a rebellious fairy and her rag-tag crew turns a sullen, but determined twelve (almost thirteen!) year old girl's world upside-down.

Trish Renee's science fiction short story "Expiration Date" was recently published in Mobius Blvd's Vol 2 December 2023 magazine. This story also won Silver Honorable Mention in L.Ron Hubbard's Writers of the Future Contest. In addition, three of her other science fiction short stories won Honorable Mentions in this contest.

She is a voracious reader of Science Fiction-Fantasy 🪐☄️. Her favorite authors are: Neal Shusterman, Holly Goldberg Sloan, Holly Black, Sharon Draper, Stacy Mcanulty.

Trish Renee is a Golden Girls fangirl and owns an obscene amount of memorabilia, which she proudly displays on her bookshelves. She has won several Golden Girls trivia contests and is convinced she and Dorothy Zbornak were separated at birth😋

If Trish Renee isn't reading or writing, she can be found in the first row at a Broadway musical. Some faves: Wicked, Lion King, Kinky Boots, Les Miserables, Jersey Boys, Aint Too Proud, Hamilton. She'll belt Defying Gravity or On My Own loud, and off-key, anytime🧙🏻‍♀️🎤
